My previous mail detail about Tamilnadu regional level consultations ,One -Madurai regional level ,Second -Coimbatore regional for Manual scavenging prohibition and rehabilitation Act 2013 ,

Our AHRF(Arunthathiyar human rights forum )  Tamilnadu ,done first madurai regional level consultation at Madurai IDEAS Centre ,on 16th Feb 2014 ,This consultation we invited scavengers Trade union leaders,NGOs ,Dalit Movement leaders .We had one day morning 10 Am to 4 Pm .

We discussed about present issue and New law .Our discussion bring some recommendation .

1.We will sent memorandum some key changes in new Law to Social justice ministry .

2.Tamilnadu government should form a rules this Act at state level

3.Conduct the base line data as per Act

4.Tamilnadu Govet should form a district and state level monitoring committees

5.State and central Govet budget allocation  for purchase new mechinaries for scavengers

Also after our coimbatore  regional consultation ,we having state level at chennai ,We are going to meet ,Tamilnadu state secretary for this issue .

2013 ஆண்டு கையால் மலம் அல்ல தடை மற்றும் மாறுவழ்விற்கான சட்டம்

மதுரை and coimbatore மண்டல அள்விளான கலந்தாய்வு அரங்கம்

இந்தியா சுதந்திரம் அடைந்து 68 ஆண்டுகள் மேல் ஆகிறது ஆனால் சாதியின் பெயரால் தீண்டாமை தொடருதுகிறது.அது சில நேரங்களில் நேரிடையாக,மறைமுகமாக நடைபெறுகிறது அது கையால் மலம் அள்ளும் அவலநிலை இன்னும் தொடருதுகிறது.

இந்தியாவில் 1993 கையால் மலம் அல்லதடை சட்டம் .இருபது ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் ஆகிறது ஆனால் இன்னும் இந்த கொடுமை தொடருதுகிறது .இந்த சூழ்நிலைஇல் 2013 ஆண்டு கையால் மலம் அல்ல தடை மற்றும் மாறுவழ்விற்கான சட்டம் வந்துள்ளது  .

எனவே இந்த சட்டத்தில் உள்ள சாதக ,பாதங்களை மக்களுக்கு எடுத்து செல்வதில் முனைப்போடு செல்ல -அருந்ததியர் மனித உரிமை அமைப்பு-தமிழ்நாடு ,மதுரை மண்டல அள்விளான கலந்தாய்வு அரங்கத்தை ஏற்பாடு செய்கிறது ,எனவே தாங்கள் தவறாமல் கலந்துகொள்ளுமாறு தங்களை அன்புடன் அழைக்கிறேன்.

ஒடுக்கப்பட்ட மக்களின் கலைகளை கால நெடுகிலும் தீண்டதகாத கலைகளாக புறக்கணிக்கப்படுகிறது.அதிலும் நமக்கு தெரிவதெல்லாம் தப்பட்டம்தான் ,இன்று சினிமாவிலும் பார்க்கிறோம் ,ஆனால் அருந்ததியர் மக்களின் கலைகள் மறைக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது ,அதில் கட்வுமத்ட்டம் என்பது அருந்ததியர் கோவில் திருவிழாக்களில்,எலவு வீடுகளில் அடித்து ஆடுவது வழக்கம் ,இது தவிலுக்கு முந்தின வடிவம் ,இதை பற்றிய ஆய்வுகள் இல்லை.மேற்கு மண்டலத்தில் வாழும் அருந்ததியர்கள் இதை வாசிக்கிறார்கள்.

Dear Friends ,My continues message Erode district has 353 spinning mills ,among 172 spinning has new bonded labour system ,37000 young girls are new bonded under sumangali thittam 60% are Dalit girls ,14th Oct 2013 ,Erode dist ,Sathyamangalam, PV .Spining mill 47 sumangali /Bonded girls rescued ,They are from Assam ,Chatieshkar and Tamilnadu

Erode District has 353 spinning mills ,there are 37000 young girls are under sumangali scheme ,Mills not pay minimum wage per day 8 hours Rs.224,There is no proper PF,ESI and bonus .It is like jail and it is modern slavery ,Therefore TPF@READ conducted Erode dit level consulataion for this issue there are 65 participants from different civil societies and trade unions participated this consulation on 12th oct 2013 at Gobi ,Erode.dt
